Hello,
Sent an item on 9th December 2020 by 2nd class signed for.
Tracking No is NV899303868GB and the status has been showing "We've Got It" since that date.
I know Royal Mail were inundated with parcels around that time, and wondered if this item could still be caught up in the backlog, or whether the item is likely to have been lost.Not sure how long to give it.
Any assistance appreciated, as generally I have previously had no issues with this service.
I should mention that the item was going from Preston to Eastbourne in case anyone is aware of any specific local issues here.

There is still a chance it might turn up, but I would still start the claims procedure as it hasn't met its service.
