I’m sending a parcel to Dorset from Birmingham and it’s found it’s was to Heathrow Wordwide DC?
Everything I’ve read online indicates this is for international mail. Why has my parcel ended up here?

It should be sent to the correct destination once someone realises the mistake.
Unfortunately there may be a large backlog of international mail at the moment, due to the lack of flights.
