I'm waiting for my parcel since 27th nov . The last updaye is on 28th Nov is : Item Leaving the UK. Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country, LANGLEY HWDC.
No update after this . Its 1 month I'm waiting for this. Its my impt docs being sent . I contacted our customs and postal service here in uae , they said they didn't receive the item.
Where is it actually???????
I really want it urgently. Pls reply .

Did the sender put a PO Box address in the item? AFAIK Emirates Post only deliver to PO Box addresses

At this juncture the only solution you would be offered is for the sender to submit a claim via Royal Mail. https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... ims-centre
The parcel may of course turn up down the line (if it did you'd need to withdraw any claim that had already been made) but you'd just have to be patient at this point.

But we cannot claim now it is said we have to wait 25 working days since the expected day of delivery.

I would suggest that it is stuck in customs in the UAE, despite what they told you. The tracking says that it was put on the plane on 28/11. It isn’t unusual to have large customs backlogs at the moment, and other posters on here have reported similar problems with the UAE, for example:
