Hi there
Could anyone please help I ordered some gifts from Boots on the 4th December and I had a message from them on the 5th to say the goods had left their warehouse.
When I tracked my parcel with Royal Mail a few days later it said Sender Despatched Items 01.18am Monday 7th Dec and it was received 02.25am Friday 11th Dec at Home Counties North MC.
Since then I have been tracking daily and it just says 'we have received your item at Home Counties North MC and it's on its way". However it seems to be stuck at this point and I haven't had anymore updates.
I know Royal Mail are very busy but I thought I would have heard something by now.
I have tried looking up answers on the Royal Mail site and tried to phone the centre but couldn't get through.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
