Parcel was despatched by supplier last Monday; I received text last Wednesday saying my parcel would be delivered on Thursday but it still hasn't arrived. Tracking info says it's in Yorkshire DC - what's it doing up there? I'm near Southampton!
Navigating website sends me round in circles. National customer phone line sends me through a maze of robot options or engaged tone.
How do I get help in getting my parcel?
Thanks

There is nothing that can be done. The Yorkshire DC may be the closest DC to the sender.dnf wrote: ↑07 Dec 2020, 15:03Parcel was despatched by supplier last Monday; I received text last Wednesday saying my parcel would be delivered on Thursday but it still hasn't arrived. There are huge delays all over the country now, its the perfect storm with Covid and Christmas. Best thing to go is keep an eye on the Covid News Update thread - I post official updates in there every working day.

Re: Tracked48 parcel stuck in Yorkshire DC a week so far
Many thanks.
I didn't see any mention of issues with Yorkshire DC.
Anyway, it arrived yesterday (so it took "slightly longer", i.e. Track216) but not before I placed another order with another supplier delivered by another courier.

Hi OP,
Did your tracking update from the DC status to say it was on it's way? Mine has been stuck in Sout West DC for a few days, and no updates.

I’m in the same boat! Retailer dispatched my item on Wednesday via Tracked 48 due to be delivered today originally. The item was scanned at 1am on Friday to say it was received at Atherstone Peak DC and has never updated since.
Retailer has been utterly useless and uninterested in assisting but I’m worried it is lost due to no updates on RM website.

Just an insight from someone who scans in tracked as "Ready for Delivery" I am seeing some delivery requests for 2 days ago on a regular basis so there are definitely delays throughout the system. Hopefully patience really is a virtue and they'll all be delivered in time for Christmas.

Unfortunately for me patience is not one of my (admittedly limited) virtues!
But it’s showing as OFD today so I’m happy enough now that it isn’t lost at least!
Thanks for your help!
