Parcel seems lost in the system

I received and email from Royal Mail that my parcel was expected to be delivered on Monday 5 December but it has still not arrived. Tracking shows it has been stationary at Home Counties North since 2 December! Tracking number is PN764468532GB

Similarly I sent 2 parcels directly from my local delivery office on 5 December and tracking them shows they were received at the office but have not made any progress from there.

Is the tracking system down or am I just unlucky in that my 3 individual parcels have all disappeared into the ether?

I got an incoming package from the uk to Ireland. It was sent on the 13th november, and still not here. Tracking info just says " accepted at post office" and thats all there is. Im assuming thats lost, But i have heard theres major delays atm on some stuff so it could just be delayed
