I have two items I posted signed for, one sent on 3rd December and the other on 7th December.
When I check, all I get is:
“Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference NY730763884GB . Please try again tomorrow.”
Does this mean they haven’t been attempted to be delivered yet and with this time of year and covid I should wait longer? Or maybe there delivered and no update has been provided?
Both eBay sales and buyers haven’t complained yet.

If you dropped it at a Post Office there should at least be an acceptance scan. Otherwise, it's either a glitch and they have been delivered, or its held up the massive backlog.

Yes they were both posted over the counter at the PO. So there should have been an acceptance scan?

yes - However, I have heard since then that the Horizon system has been having a few issues, including one UK wide outage at some point.
Double check, if you can with the PO, but please be nice they are also under some real pressure at the moment.

Re: Signed For - No Uodates
Just monitoring at the moment but the two eBay items still don’t get recognised when I enter them but also the buyers don’t seem to have said they haven’t received.
Another signed for parcel was a return to a retailer and that’s not been recognised either so I hope it gets delivered.
I have tried their phones but they say they can’t handle my call and cut me off.

Any idea how you can claim for postage refunds?
I used the signed for service for a return to a retailer and the tracking number doesn’t even get recognised in the system!
