The item says delivered.
It doesn't state where.
When the item is scanned it gives a GPS location. Someone needs to check the GPS location.

I have not been able to get that information, I was under the impression only the sender/seller would be able to see those as they initiated the sending with Royal mail. The deivery just said delivered and then 2 days later it says refused-return to sender and only the Delivery Office is mentioned there.But I got an investigation opened, so hopefully they can shed some light on what happened.

what might have happened is parcel delivered to wrong address, the person at that address realises it's not for them and hands it back to the postman 2 days later when it is scanned as refused
