I have a parcel sent from US to UK. The latest USPS update is
November 26, 2020, 7:23 am
Departed
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM
Your item departed a transfer airport in HEATHROW, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM on November 26, 2020 at 7:23 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
which is about a week ago...
But on the royalmail side, the latest update was on 22nd Nov saying my Parcel left US.
I have read some posts here that, if we get the status 'Your item departed a transfer airport in HEATHROW....' it is a very bad sign indicating the parcel may have got lost?? I have seen people stating in the post that they have waited for 90 days etc.
Is there anyone here who has got this type of status and receive the parcel in the end? Is there anything I can do to find out where is my parcel?
Please advise!!

I've also been awaiting a parcel (from China, not USA), that arrived in the UK on the 25th. Last tracking was on the 26th and said "In Transit-Sorry your item went to Inward RDC in error so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network." Nothing since.

My parcel just got a new update, but it is:
Arrival at Transit Office From Exchange. Your item arrived at the processing facility in NEW ZEALAND on December 10, 2020 at 6:41 am.
This is supposed to be a parcel to sent to UK.... It was at Heathrow for the past two weeks and now it is in new Zealand???
Anyone could help please??!
