There has been no updates can anyone tell me if there’s delays to special delivery and can I claim for this not being delivered in the specified times

I work at jubilee. Unfortunately we’re struggling with lots of staff testing positive/others isolating/massive backlogs of mail. Even so you’ve purchased a premium product and your item should have reached its destination in the specified time you’ve paid for...I can only offer my sincere apologies!!!
You can claim for a full refund for postage if your item has not had an attempted delivery on the tuesday by 4pm (in precovid this was 1pm). If later down the line your item is deemed lost (which is most unusual with special delivery items) your item is insured up to £500
