Tracking number RN352890075GB
Im waiting on this parcel from UK to ROI, seller posted it 6th November and tracking not updated since 10th at Langley. RM say dont worry its not lost we have it but now saying it may be lost and to give until 4th December and then get seller to make a claim. Although just clothing, its a gift so really want to know where it is and thought paying for tracked delivery would be fail safe. Any advice would be much appreciated. That tracking information means that it left Langley, i.e. was put on the plane to Ireland. So it is almost certainly stuck in Irish customs.

AnPost and Irish Customs are experiencing big delays at the moment.
AN Post even had a news piece to show busy they are https://www.newstalk.com/news/an-post-w ... 30-1104587
My best GUESS is that it's caught up in customs.

to be frank, no delivery service is "fail-safe" there are incidents of packets being damaged, wrapping going astray, addressed being obscured, items being missorted etc. The service you purchase reflects the level of compensation should anything unwanted occur.paying for tracked delivery would be fail-safe.
My best GUESS is that it's caught up in customs.

If it has been sent International signed then the acceptance scan is the only one you'll be guaranteed to get until AnPost delivers it, or attempts to.Jamesbailey22 wrote: ↑24 Nov 2020, 11:18Im in the same boat, i got an ebay item coming from uk to ireland, and my tracking i got given just says " accepted at post office" this was last Friday, 13th November. Hi, no nothing at all. Tracking still not updated since 10th November. RM say they know it was put on flight to Ireland and must be held up in customs. An Post have no record of it so not been handed to them. Been told by seller to give it to 4th December and will be deemed as lost and I can get a refund. Fingers crossed its still on its way....

Re: Uk to ROI international tracked and signed
Well my tracking has finally updated and has reached the Dublin sorting office. So 24 days from posting. I must say I wasn't convinced it was going to appear but my rural postman said the backlogs are huge and lots are experiencing 3 week waits on items abd they're getting them delivered asap. So fingers crossed items are now on the move
