I have tried to look at this but USPS's tracking service is currently down. The information on RM's tracking suggests that this item is waiting to clear customs in the UK.
Given the length of time this has taken, you should be claiming a refund from the seller.
I advise you not to post your name & address details in this forum.

This is usually the status when USPS pass it to Customs before it gets to Royal Mail.
