Hello,
My parcel arrived at LANGLEY HWDC Tuesday 10 November at 08:32am. after 3 days the status is still "Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country.".
Also Serbia Post is marked as Delivery partner. Final destination should be Bosnia and Herzegovina. I have already contacted Serbia Post and they replied that the parcel still not received by them.
Parcel is quite valuble..And I think it is pretty unproffesional to post no update. Any idea when my parcel will move on and start its journay? Thank you

What's the tracking number and what's the contents? Sometimes the contents can cause problems with customs, probably the most common cause are issues with lithium batteries

However, Covid is hitting the UK pretty hard at the moment and there are delays in Customs, also with reduced flights and increased parcel traffic delays are inevitable.
Also you say the item are shoes, whilst shoes are not on the Prohibited or restricted list for Bosnia Herzegovina "Products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included" are, as are "Plastics and articles thereof; rubber and articles thereof" so that also may cause a delay whilst the check out whether they are okay to proceed.

I have never had a problem with shoe delivery in BiH before. Offcourse, understand the situation with covid because we all experience it right now. Do you have any idea how long this verification process in langley can take? Judging by the forum post it can take months?
