Hi there,
I sent a parcel to Denmark last week with some home made advent calendars, but I am not sure I fully understand the tracking messages. It looks like it was ready to be exported, but has now arrived in the UK? That's not where its going, its going to Denmark :)
12/11/2020 19:51 International Hub Arrived in the UK
7/11/2020 0:44 International Hub Prepared for export
7/11/2020 0:15 International Hub Sorted for export
6/11/2020 17:16 Glasgow Depot On route to hub
6/11/2020 16:02 Glasgow Depot Collected
What does that message from the 12th of November mean?
I've tried calling the support line, but the robot won't understand my reference number, and without it, I can't get through.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Who is the carrier? Doesn’t look like Royal Mail from the tracking.

Also Denmark is on the banned list for travel into the UK https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-54851042" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; so it may be that the number of flights to Denmark has been reduced and they have had to offload some batches of mail. For wood and articles of wood from the following trees, a plant health certificate (phytosanitary certificate) is required: Coniferous trees, plane tree and sweet chestnut originating in countries outside the European Union or, for some species, outside Europe; oak and sugar maple originating in North America; poplar originating in America.
