Hi, So I've ordered two items from the same company, both tracked 24hr, both saying attempted delivery will be made one the same day around 3pm
However, only one was sent to my postal depot in Dartford. The other has been sent to Swindon. through the day today the Dartford parcel sent me updates and was indeed received by me at 13:30.
The other has the same information, stating it's in Swindon Depot.
I've tried calling customer services, and the social media is swamped.
What should be my next option?
Appreciate any and all help. Thank you
Regards Luke.

parcel sent to the wrong depot
The delayed parcel has gone to the wrong area for what could be a number of reasons, there's no way of knowing.
Hopefully it'll start making it's progress to you, just keep an eye on the tracking, not much more can be done I would
imagine.
Even if you got through to RM on any of the help methods they wouldn't be able to hasten the delivery for a Tracked 24 item.
I think if you delve deeply enough into RM T&C's the 24hr description for delivery is an aim not a guarantee.
The number of parcels that Royal Mail is handling has gone ballistic - and I've spoken to other couriers on the streets - DPD, Hermes and
Amazon and they're the same.
If it's not arrived within the delivery date plus seven working days and the tracking hasn't moved, then I'd start looking at raising
a claim.
