Can any one HELP
I had a parcel I sent tracked and signed to theUAE returned and it said. other reason, no PO Box, what does this mean?
The parcel did not leave the uk, I phoned the help line and she could not tell me anything
I can’t send again until I understand what it means

Addressing
Delivery is to PO Boxes only
There is no mail delivery to street addresses in the UAE. All mail goes to PO Boxes at various post office locations or to business addresses for delivery to employees.
Please make sure you have the correct PO box address and include it on the item you are sending .
