Hi,
A relative has ordered something for me (international) and unfortunately put the wrong postcode on it (BT rather than BN). The parcel is bouncing around Northern Ireland at present (it has earlier been over to the US) Is there any way of getting messages attached to a shipment so that it might find its way? Or do I have to wait for it to get returned to sender? Other parts of the address are correct.
Seems waiting times at customer services are a bit mad at present, so it would good to know if there's any point holding for an hour to speak to someone there or if there's no way of addressing it.
Many thanks
