A letter posted on Saturday 31st Oct tracking no VE581167188GB hasn't moved since Monday. Website not helpful, phone not answered. Help and advice please?

contact them on twitter @royalmailhelp - they'll need you to DM them with the intended address details (don't post outside a DM). They are pretty good on their but are very busy.

Tracking shows it stuck between MCs which is strange.

I bet that letter is stuck in one of the bags used for transport, in that case it will show up eventually.

I didn`t lost your letter, no need to be sarcastic.

We post here in our limited spare time, after walking 10 miles a day and carrying hundreds of pounds on our backs every day, no matter the weather.

We tried to be helpful, don`t blame us for your misfortune !
