Everytime I buy items from same online company (cbd oil) the only option for postage they offer is tracked 24. Everytime I have ordered it has been on a Thursday, I received a tracking number and item is scanned at their end. The tracking tells me it will be delivered on Friday between 9.35 and .1.35pm and it never arrives, nor does it arrive the next day. They tell me the item has been delivered and it never gets delivered. This has happened 4 times and the value of the items have been in excess of 100 pounds, this latest package was worth 240. I know something is happening, I live in a house and am The only one to get the Mail. I wait in next to the door and keep watching for postman, who never arrives. The last time this happened the post man said he delivered the package to me on the Friday, which wasn’t true as no mail came. The website stated it was delivered on the Saturday, which it wasn’t. I have asked for investigations which told me nothing. I feel like I can’t trust them anymore, what do I do? I have been waiting on the phone to Royal Mail for 55 minutes now.
The worst thing is the company are so understanding, I have used them for years and their products are my medicine. I don’t want to have to keep calling them and saying the package has gone missing. Someone has to be accountable for this. Just horrible.

Post up the tracking numbers and we will have a look and a ponder as to what could be going on.

Aftet Googling what cbd oil is, it's probably been seized by the police as cannabis isn't allowed to be sent by post
