Hey, hoping i could get some help figuring out whats happened to my parcel. I bought an item on ebay, and the seller sent the item by guarenteed 1pm next day delivery. I had been sat at the front window awaiting for the parcel. Having had the tracking number on the Royal Mail mobile app, all of a sudden i get a notification saying that parcel is now going back to the sender. I ran out to see if i had missed the van or the postman somehow, and there was no one up or down the street.
The Wandsworth Delivery office closes quite early, and couldn't go an talk to anyone there. Right now it's at Jubilee and on it's way. I have contacted the seller about this, but this is going to cost a lot more to have it post again.
I have no idea what to do at this point other than to pony up and pay again for postage.. or is there anything else i could do?

Maybe it was a wrong or incomplete address on the package? In that case the item would of been sent back to the sender without leaving the delivery office.
