I posted a parcel to South Africa, 18th Sept, site says in transit, awaiting to be processed, international signed, any advice on expected delivery or when it will leave Langley?

Thanks.

Cant give you an official answer but delays could be massive for South Africa. They suspended incoming post from March to May so with the reduction in the number of flights and the increase in the number of packets, and then the delays in Customs at both ends, it could be quite a while before normal service resumes.

Yes it is, and has been during the Covid crisis and will probably remain so. Average parcel numbers are up by 33 to 50% across the board.

I knew parcels were up, just checking to see if they were holding international items back for any specific reason.
