If I use the online Click and Drop service to print my postage label, will my letter be postmarked? It is important because my US election absentee ballot will be invalid if there is no postmark. Thanks.

You can print the label and go to a post office for proof of postage, you can ask the post master to stamp it.
Or send it from a post office as international tracked and signed, I would do that if I was you.

If you post it as International Tracked at the Post Office, the PO will print a label showing the date that it was posted. Or in rare cases, use traditional stamps and cancel them with the office datestamp. When I worked in the PO, most US citizens returning absentee ballots favoured this method.
International Tracked should be fine, but I would check carefully with your state before using International Tracked & Signed. I have a vague memory of some US authorities not accepting signed for mail.

Thanks all! Looks like I will have to mask up and go to the Post Office.
