How does one get a parcel back from the returns Centre?
Got to Scunthorpe (where I live) then was sent to return centre.
no return address on or in the parcel.
i am the recipient not the sender.
please advise.

Returns Centre Sheffield
contact customer services and describe the issue and contents, they can then get the returns section to forward it if everything checks out okay. To be fair the sender will have a better chance of doing this, and under the distance selling regulations its up to them to do it anyway.

Sender on hold with royal mail now for 50 minutes. Is there a chat line that'll help?

Returns Centre Belfast
Sender has lodged a claim. I would like to know what are the chances of getting my sleeping bag from the returns centre? Is it going to be a waste of time waiting? It would be helpful if I knew what the process is for returning items.Can anyone help with that?
