Whats the f**k is going on ?

How come the swear filter edits the title of the thread here but on the home page it doesn't?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Edited
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The one hour you think you are owed is a pay rise.
yes from the last pay agreement , thats why we only got 2% as the hour off was part of it , but that hasnt nothing to do with what the cwu keep talking about this years pay deal .

The second hour off the working week was always subject to efficiency improvements.
They didn't materialise but 600 disagreements did.
Therefore the second hour didn't happen.

Which made no difference to our full time colleagues who generally didn't want the hour off if it meant working harder (or smarter as management like to say) but a huge difference to part time colleagues who missed out on a pay increase.

That's the thing Royal Mail say they stuck to the agreement and they did.It was in the 4 pillars that the SWW would be linked to productivity.
The 4 pillars was supposed to be legally binding also,so why didn't we act on it?
It was a piss poor agreement full of holes and the CWU just hoped the RM would act in good faith and as we know this has never happened.

Don't worry Terry will be back soon with the deal of the century, people may have to start stopping their union fees.
I'm out of here in 3 weeks and can't wait.
ALL AREA REPS AND DIVISIONAL REPS SHOULD BE PUTTING PRESSURE ON PULLINGER AND WARD, RM are in no rush to sort this out, we can't go on strike on the run up to Christmas as its seen as a bad move.
WELL THE TIME HAS COME TO SAY BOLLOCKS TO THAT, RE BALLOT NOW IF ITS TRUE THE BALLOT HAS RUN OUT AND THEN ISSUE DATES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Nothings gonna change, still going ahead taking hours out the office in our place and full time jobs being reduced to part time, they’re obviously getting orders passed down from much higher up the chain so they’re just gonna do what they feel they need to do to save money and turn the business around without the unions nod anyway.

I’m not very impressed by this guy
He’s all talk
There has been no positive progress for us
Gave a lot of ground
Got nothing in return
Two months ago said they were going to have intensive talks which would last two weeks!
Still nothing?
600 complaints swept under the carpet
So bullying managers were giving license to keep on making posties misery
First ballot result was massive turnout with over 90% yes vote
Which he f*cked up without any apology
