Hello there, I am sorry about this as this is my first post and first time dealing with a forum, for some years i haven't used forums!
Basically I have send a large letter to Israel which arrived to Langly at the date provided, and this is the last thing that was mentioned on the track your item page:

When I check the other postal service in Israel there is no mention of this item. What also is puzzling to me is that I have sent stuff to Israel since and before which have arrived fine. I just wanted to figure what could be the possible reason, so I can provide my information to the customer who purchased from me. I do this regularly with posting internationally, so delays are perfectly fine for me, and especially now with the coronavirus I know that delays are more evident and there is extra stress not just in the UK but all over the world. I just want to have a clear answer for people who ask me what is going on expecting I am the Royal Mail.

Letter sent to Israel stuck since 23rd July?
It appears to be stuck in Israeli customs. In many countries, including the UK, items are picked at random for extra checks, so customs clearance time is variable.

I thought this would be the case because I have had the same issues even sending out parcels to the US as dates have been varied. It was just strange to see how this one in particular is causing trouble while others sent to Israel have been fine. Thank you, I shall contact the customer and see what they would like.
