I ordered a pair of shoes online to be delivered to Hong Kong.
From 25 July the status has been "Item Leaving the UK Langley HWDC". Tracking number is RS776836662GB.
FWIW, I ordered a pair of pants 2 weeks earlier from another UK online shop and it arrived within a week.

That tracking info usually means that the hold up is in customs at the HK end.
Like many other countries, HK do not allow leather to be imported through the mail. So if your shoes are made of leather they are likely to have been impounded by customs.

I got the similar issue. I also send the parcel to HK: RN603128064GB.
The last update of it in tracking system is 29th July. Also stated that:
Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country.

I have a same similar problem. I post my parcel on 31 July. It is still "Item Leaving the UK Langley HWDC" for 44 days
