Hello! I'm new here & nice to meet you all !! Looking for advice please. I posted a valuable item to ireland by RM International tracked on the 24th of August. It left the UK on 26th but no updates since. Do you think its lost? I did get in contact with " AN post" but all they say is, sorry can't help.

It appears to be in Irish customs. The tracking will not update until it leaves there.
When you say a “valuable item”, what exactly was it? Because the Republic of Ireland bans a lot of common valuable items from the mail.

I'm really hoping that is the case! I didn't realise their was customs between uk & Ireland lol. Its a diamond ring that was sent.

Jewellery is permitted, but only via International Tracked & Signed. Which service did you use?
