International track/signed-for stuck in transit
La Poste should realise that it has gone to the wrong place and redirect it. However, we have often seen that the tracking stops on items that pass through a third country. So a lack of tracking doesn’t necessarily mean that it is stuck.

Thanks for the advice. I'll wait a few days and see if it gets delivered.
If it doesn't is there any way I can speak to somebody at PO Customer Services about it?
What's the best contact number to use?
