I received a notification from Royal Mail that my parcel from Italy was at Greenford MC on July 30th and would be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.
My parcel is still missing, tracking number QR124988493GB
When might I expect to have my parcel delivered?

You need to contact an official Royal Mail site/call centre (we are not an official site). That item has had a delivery scan which usually means that whichever unit scanned the item will deliver it.
Also a delivery scan at 3pm is highly unusual - as I say you need to contact RM officially.

Thank you for your reply! I have tried contacting RM customer services but the automated message will not accept my quoted reference number. I have tried countless times but the automated system can not correctly replicate my tracking number. I really would like to speak to a human being but can find no way of contacting RM other than through the automated RM customer service system.
Would the fact that my parcel was sent from Italy influence when it was scanned at Greenford MC?
