I haven't received my parcel

hi, i ordered an item from DHgate on June 21st.

the item was sent out on the 30th of June and landed in the UK in Langley on the 13th of July.

it is now 7th August and i still haven't received the parcel and the tracking website states that the item is still in Langley.

Please can i have some help with this, the tracking number is UJ505251361CN

It appears to be in customs. Clearance times can be a couple of weeks at the moment, if your item was selected at random for extra checks.

There is no way of predicting when it will arrive. That said, four weeks in customs is rather a long time. What is in the package?

I ordered 2 jumpers from DHgate and thats what is in the parcel.

That shouldn’t cause a problem. You need to claim a refund from the seller.

Eventually, as discussed the delays are horrendous in Customs.
