I was wondering how long I can reasonably expect to wait for a parcel to clear langley, it arrived on 3rd May and hasn't arrived. Tracking number is RF198830784ES.
I know we all have to be patient but this does seem a little extreme!

Items don't "clear Langley", but they do have to clear customs, which is located at Langley. Your item did that, but something has gone wrong after customs handed it to Royal Mail.
