Hi posties.

I made an order online on Thurs 23 July. Paid for 24hr tracked delivery, so should have been delivered on Fri 24 July.

Fri 24 July came, nothing delivered. Tracking status: Sender despatching item.

Waited until Mon 27 July, nothing delivered. Tracking status still the same.

Called retailer: Sorry, it must be delayed but please wait a little longer.

Fast forward to today, and still nothing delivered. Tracking status still the same - not even been scanned by RM to show that they've received it.

Have called retailer again: They are adamant they gave it to RM on 23 July. Asked me to wait another 5 days.

I'd say it's lost but retailer keeps putting it off? I would expect something that is 24hr tracked to at least be showed as received by RM 11 days later. This is in contrast to something else I ordered from a different retailer on Sun 2 Aug. That is 48hr tracked. Dispatched yesterday, and RM tracker already shows they have received it.

It might be Royal Mail's fault. It is probably the seller's fault. Either way, it doesn't matter to you, the seller has failed to get it to you so claim from the seller under the distance selling regulations.
