This parcel was sign for today but wasn’t I who got delivered too. I am very annoyed am pleading and begging if you can please help me with this situation please.

The post person has signed for it as the directions during Corvid 19 allow this.
There are a couple of alternatives..
1 you were given the wrong tracking number by the sender.
2 the postie has misdelivered to a different address.
Your local delivery office (Hull Central Delivery Office?) will be able to tell you where this parcel was delivered to.
Give them a phone call.

The signature appears to be "Covid 19" which suggests it is your postman who has signed for it.
The delivery office will be able to tell you who signed for it and where the parcel was delivered to.

Good afternoon sir Henry,
I have called the customer care line and they told me it was delivered to the post code but the parcel is not there. It was the post man that signed for my parcel truly but my parcels wasn’t delivered to the address yet.. Please how will I be able to get my parcel. I am really very worried with this going on. My post code is Hull HU5 1PJ, that where i want my parcel delivered too.

I am afraid your only avenue is to go to the delivery office and demand to see the manager. I am unsure if there is a public callers office at Hull Central delivery office buts someone will inform the manager that you wish to see them if you ask. The manager will ask the post person if they remember who they gave the parcel to or if they left it in a safe place. They can also pinpoint via GPS where the parcel was scanned.
