Lack of information on my parcel

Morning, I am just wondering if anybody could advise on my parcel which I have been advise left the International Logistics Centre on the 22.06.2020 but I have yet to receive it. Tracking Number LA990810321CN. Does anybody know if the parcel is delivered directly to me or if it goes to my local sorting office ? How long does it take ? Is there anyway to speak to someone about my parcel ? Thanks Phil

Have you tried CHINA POST tracking instead of ROYAL MAIL?

According to the tracking it's been delivered.

That seems to be a good tracking site where an item is heading abroad or coming from abroad
