Hi all,
much appreciated that no one here could tell me where my package is! Just wanted to know if anyone could give me some insight about the status being unconfirmed for the last 7 days? I believe this is either Special delivery or RM tracked 24
Ordered a high value item from Amazon (fulfilled and sold) on the 21st June stated to arrive on the 23rd June, the tracking number they provided has been "unconfirmed" on RM on the last 7 days, Amazon confirm they've shipped and handed the item to RM - they've simply said that there is a delay at the carrier as its "arrived at the incorrect carrier facility" - whilst RM have told me its not in their network
Possible that RM have taken the item but haven't scanned it and it's sat in a warehouse awaiting processing? I know they're a short staffed and super busy but figured this parcel should have been scanned upon acceptance at least?
Thoughts?

I'm wondering if it was meant to be placed in the trolley for stuff to enter Royal Mail's network but has ended up being placed in a trolley for another courier

ahh possibly that might be it - explains why Amazon knows that its gone to the wrong facility but RM don't.
