Hi so i bought a small item from China which i needed
the tracking id is GV267289695GB
i've used parcelsapp to check and the tracking has been stuck on 'In transit, it's progressing through Post network' which supposedly means it was handed over to royal mail however the tracking id hasn't updated since and on royal mail tracking hasn't updated either and is still showing as 'sender preparing item'
could you have a look at the tracking off the item to determine if the tracking is normal behavior
forgot to mention the tracking ID hasn't updated for 11 days now

For items from China no this is not unusual, though Covid19 will increase the delays.
What normally happens is when they get your order they assign a tracking number from Royal Mail.
Normally they have fulfilment warehouses based in the UK and will send it from them when they get the order or when they get stock.
Probably because of the covid issue they don't have stock available and are still waiting for a shipment from China.
