Missing Parcel

Hi my parcel was released from customs at Langley on 8 June according to the tracking info (tracking no. LX151172149CN) but I still haven't received it. There is no information that it has left the depot. What is happening? Why would it be kept at Langley for 12 days after having cleared customs?

It hasn’t been kept at Langley, it left there 12 days ago. The question is why it hasn’t been tracked into another RM site? Another poster has had a similar problem recently:

You need to make a complaint to RM customer services.
