Hi, a registered parcel was sent to me from Dublin on 21 May 2020 to the Netherlands with An Post. When I check the status of the item, it says that it is held at Heathrow Transit Hub. I have no further information about it. I emailed An Post but they didn't reply. The tracking number is: RL775656678IE. Can someone at Parcelforce help me to locate it and send it to me pls?

1. We are not an official Royal Mail or Parcelforce site,
2. It's not in the hands of Parcel force as they only operate in the UK.
3. The transit Hub, which is regularly used for postal items from Eire to/from Europe, is legally outside the UK so as far as I understand it, control of it falls under Customs and the airline.

And a 4th reason, no one can locate your parcel in a mountain of hundreds of thousands of parcels.

But my parcel is the most important one it should have been kept separate and delivered on its own in a sterile van with a postie in a n c b suit
