Hey,

I have an incoming parcel from UK to India. The tracking status is not updated in over 2 weeks now.. Indiapost and Customs department in India said they haven't received it yet.
How long do I need to wait?..

Please be patient, there are limited flights between the UK and India now so it may be waiting for space.

Just for instance Emirates has only today started to send items to India https://www.zawya.com/uae/en/business/s ... 081859184/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also just to make sure you are aware we are NOT an official Royal Mail site.

Still haven't received it. Let's hope it takes less than 40 days. Otherwise it's better to be using International Economy instead of Track & Signed service..
