I have been looking around posts and assume the reply with be "stuck in customs" but I just wanted some confirmation. The reason I ask is because I have had other packages posted after this arrive from USA before this has:

Yes, stuck in customs.
You seem to be assuming that the items will emerge from customs in the order they enter. This is incorrect. Items get picked at random for extra checking, so there is no consistency. Looking at other posts on here, time in customs seems to be anything between 4 days and 6 weeks.

Another one here with a package somewhere between tracking systems. With customs delays of up to six weeks being reported I'm going to have to be patient for a lot longer - mine was tracked as having reached Heathrow on June 3rd.

Hi All,
My package has spent 23 days in transit from the US, 16 of which were 'lost' at Heathrow whilst they worked on a backlog.
After losing hope and thinking I lost a valuable item, I finally got an email today that Parcel Force now have possession of it and it is in Coventry awaiting customs clearance.
For those waiting, please hold tight. Your parcel will come through eventually!
