so on the 6th of june USPS says my package is 'processed through regional facility'
I tracked my package on royal mail and it says 'This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK'
but its been like that for 6 days straight???
should i just wait or check if my package is lost or something

Its a case of waiting I am afraid. Covid has impacted the Postal and customs service quite hard. More stuff posted, but fewer people to process them.
Its most likely stuck in Customs and if you check out other threads the wait may be quite a long one.

The fact that it is jewellery makes no difference to how long it waits to be examined. Because they don’t know what it is until it gets examined. Everything is treated the same in this respect, regardless of contents.
That doesn’t mean that everything takes the same amount of time to clear, because we understand that some batches of mail get pulled out at random for extra checks.
Once it does get to the front of the queue to be examined, jewellery might take longer than normal to get cleared, because they will be checking for customs charges and banned materials.

I’m in the same boat, I’ve had jewellery sitting in Langley since 29th May with no update. Getting a bit fed up now.
