Hello i am new to this forum but hoping somebody here can help
my wife has a business where she is sending 15 parcels a day, shes using tracked 24, we posted an item on wednesday 3rd june at the post office we always use to send, all other parcels sent on this day have arrived at their respective destination, however this parcel hasnt arrived and when using the tracking number online it states @sender dispatching item@, which is absolutely not the case, it was dispatched 3 days ago, can anybody shed any light on why this may happen? or why the tracking information may not have been updated?

sender dispatching item for 3 days!
In rare cases the item may not track correctly but will still be delivered. Keep an eye on tracking in case it does appear but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets delivered at some point without any tracking.
