Hi I check tracking and say (Your item is due to leave Jubilee MC to go to Royal Mail site. More information will be available as it travels through our network.) Could I ask if anyone know what this means cheers

Sorry to blunt but it means what it says.

At the time of tracking then item was a Jubilee Mail centre, and it will be scanned as it processess through the system.

By now you the tracking should have updated and it may be in your, or the destinations Delivery Office.
