Hi all,

Just a strange one. I sold something to a buyer on eBay for £1.3k and opted for insured Special Delivery. The item arrived late and with GPS tracking showing in front of his address but he claims he hasn't received them. I've spoken to RM directly via phone and they said they can see it's been delivered and best thing to do is open an investigation if the buyer believes they haven't received it.

Any advice on this? It's a weird situation. Can provide tracking if needed.

In my opinion, the buyer is trying his luck, RM`s GPS tracking doesn`t lie.

Of course someone else in his household might have received the item but that`s not your problem.
