Thank you for all those who responded to my query when I raised it a couple of weeks ago. And hope you are all doing okay and keeping safe in this crazy period.
Do you think I can assume this package is lost, if it still says 'Sender preparing item' since 7th May?
This parcel was dropped off and collected at post office on 6th May?
Any info, reassurance or otherwise will be appreciated.
