Up till now, Large Letters bought through Click and Drop without a tracking surcharge showed the message "Tracking information is not available for this service" but Parcels bought without extra tracking showed "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item", which changed to a notification of date and time of delivery once delivered.
Today I am trying the "Track and Trace - Track your Item" page and getting "Tracking information is not available for this service" for Parcels, even for ones that I know have been delivered, and (just to be sure) ones that were previously checked and shown on the site with delivery details. The site itself is not broken as it shows details of an international item for which I bought tracking.
Is this a change of policy or a glitch?
