Hi,
Anyone, please could you help me out.
I have posted two parcels to Serbia on March 14th. The last update I have is from March 19th "Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country". Its been standing like that ever since. I tried to get in touch with royal mail already in April and they have told me that the both packages have been boarded to a same plane. The customs in Serbia have never received any of the parcels.

It does seem that they are stuck in Serbian customs. What did you send?
You also said that the customs in Serbia have not received the items: have you spoken to them directly? Customs in most countries refuse to answer such questions. You can't tell this information from the mail system tracking.

The information I got is through a friend who works there. The same face cream and newborn clothes were in each parcel.
Is there a way to track down my parcel? What do you think I should do now?

You should put in a claim for loss with Royal Mail, using a P58international form.
If you have a friend who works in Serbian customs, you might want to ask what they won’t let in. Royal Mail’s website says that only cash is barred, but a list as short as that would be highly unusual.
