Hello,
I am expecting a package and it has been stuck at Manchester MC since last Wednesday (13th May). Tracking no MB98312292GB. Do you think I should have had it delivered by now or should I wait longer? I have called Royal Mail customer service but the number cuts off after the message is read out! I am in Ledbury, Herefordshire. The item was sent 48hr Tracked.
I don't mind waiting if I know that it hasn't got lost . Ledbury sorting office and Post Office are unable to help. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

However 90% sure its just caught in a backlog because of Covid19 even my DO is a few days behind, so MCs are probably worse.
If you want try twitter (use the DM feature) @royalmailhelp they have a better tracking system than the Public, or us on here, have acess to.

8 days is a bit too late, it may still be stuck in the back log but I would be concerned by now.
My best advice is to DM on twitter @royalmailhelp with the tracking number and delivery address. They should then contact Manchester MC and see if they can sort it out.
