Back gone? and £200 payment
Morally speaking, they ought to.NW11851 wrote:Will those working for the wholly-owned subsidiary, Angard, mainly in Mail Centres, receive the payment?
In reality, I suspect the answer will be ‘no’, because they are not directly employed by Royal Mail.

Back gone? and £200 payment
Can anyone clarify how the pro rata aspect will work for the £200 payment ?
I had one week absence for coronavirus symptoms in March. I obtained the NHS letter, but as I have still not had my return to work interview I haven't submitted it yet.
I was wondering if absences directly relating to the coronavirus would in any way be discounted for the loss of part of the £200, or not.
It's not a huge deal either way but other people may be wondering too.
Can anyone clarify the percentages lost from the £200 for each day, week or period of sickness ? Presume it's the same as Christmas but I'm also not certain how absences apply to that so clarification would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Clearly more of the board need to go too. The same board members who agreed to pay a £6M golden handshake to Rico while also being happy for him to enjoy his massive salary to work from his plush surroundings overlooking Lake Zurich!! Its abit sickening to us posties who are on the ground putting our lives at risk and also weathering the storm of all the decisions on how to do our daily deliveries and the unbelievable mess the workplace is in. No more so to myself on a personal level who tested positive recently for Coronavirus!!

So seeing as in every video we were told ,that everything is Rico’s fault
Which it most likely was
That means everything will be put right now by our union
What a day this could be
Maybe a proper furlough agreement can come about
Proper social distancing In offices and everything else

Whoever it is I’m sure they’ll want to work with the union rather than isolate themdeltaforce wrote:Calm down! Who do you thinks taking over Mother Teresa?wf wrote:So seeing as in every video we were told ,that everything is Rico’s fault
