My package was stuck at Langley HWDC for a week ""Item Received by Royal Mail LANGLEY HWDC"" April 17, then it got scanned with the same process "Item Received by Royal Mail LANGLEY HWDC" April 24, and it now stuck again. What does this mean? I understand the current delays with Covid-19, but why the same scan two times?

Same scan twice at Langley HWDC, is this normal?
It means nothing except that it got scanned twice for some reason. Unfortunately, there are delays everywhere so it's possible it got caught in a backlog and was scanned twice in error.
